hi I'm still awaiting my cartridges which were dispatched on 10/11/2020

Apologies for the inconvenience. Yes, I see that there are 2 open orders on your account to send you the ink cartridges. However, the ink cartridges are still not shipped.

 

In this case, kindly contact the Instant Ink department in your region for assistance. The contact information can be found on the home page of Instant Ink. Click here
