HP Envy Photo 7134
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Envy Photo 7134 Printer. The black ink cartridge is empty but I have not received a replacement instant ink cartridge. The printer keeps saying the cartridge is not installed correctly therefore it cannot 'see' the requirements. Not now printing although colour is still OK. Also when it was printing, it was making a terrible 'clonking' noise. Can anyone at HP help with this problem as I can't seem to get through to them. Do I just throw the printer away and buy another one (not HP)>

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve issues related to the ink cartridge.

 

Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.

 

If the suggested information can't be found, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
