cancelled my instant ink because printer would not print without streaks on photos, tried always to clean jets, used most of my ink and paper to sort printer out with no result so cancelled my intant ink supply , and now have just been informed that more ink has been sent by post so will have to pay for ink that is no use to me. How do you contact hp you cannot email hp and theres no chat.
