We are not Instant Ink Support nor are we HP Technical Support.
Unfortunately, the only thing you accomplish by posting your private email in our public space is to share your email address with everyone. I will ask our Moderators to remove the private data from your message.
What if?
Should you receive a call from someone you do not know who wants to "help" -- treat the call with suspicion - it might be someone who means you harm and perhaps will try and trick you into giving away more of your private information.
I will forward your concern to our Moderator group for review.
Should there be a response, look for a message here before the agent uses other means to contact you.
That said, your best course of action (and faster) is to contact Instant Ink Support yourself -- ask about any outstanding contract and ask any other questions you have about the service.
