I've had my instant ink account for around 3 months now the first bill i had was for £158 saying that i have printed 3500 pages spoke to a customer service rep in HP and he was just rude didn't want to help then i hung up the phone the service with HP is disgraceful and i would advice anyone not to join instant ink as it is a major rip off and there is no care within HP and shall be putting this on all social media platforms to save other people the stress of the con of instant ink.
