I forgot to update my address after we moved, I have changed it now, but I am running very low on ink so I checked to see when I will get another shipment and saw that ink had been shipped to my old address back in December. So, I need to know how to reorder ink since I never received that shipment.

To locate your account, please provide
Your registered email address
Your Instant Ink account ID
Serial number of your printer enrolled in instant ink
Confirm your address,
