Product: HP OfficeJet 8022
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
On August 26, I informed Instant Ink that I had changed my printer to an HP OfficeJet 8022 to transfer my Instant Ink account. I was notified on August 28 that new cartridges were being shipped. Today September 18th I haven't received anything and when I go to the canada post site with the tracking # it indicates that the cartridges have not been picked up and they are still at your warehouse. I have run out of ink so I cannot print any more. What should I do? buy some? Will you refund my purchase?
