my laptop suddenly turned off while I was working on it, and it won't turn on no matter what I tried (long pressing the start button, trying to press the ctrl, alt, del keys). it turned on finally after many hours. but crashed again a few hours later. the keypad light has also stopped working. it just makes something like the fan running sound while it doesn't start and the screen remains blank

At this point I would request you to contact HP Support for Service Options
