Cartridge Error: We are unable to determine when the next shipment will be made because ink levels cannot be detected
I cannot find support for this problem, we have always inserted instant ink cartridges and at any time the printer is blocked !!
We have already tried to turn it off, remove the cartridge and put it back.
Nothing works
We have not found any contact on the site or assistance, we need the new black cartridge sent to us !!
The first and last delivery of the black took place on 03/26/2019 will surely be over but the stamp does not detect it and is blocked !!

Appreciate you trying the steps. Have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
If the suggested information can't be found, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
