My Instant Ink account has been suspended because of an expired credit card and it will not allow me to log in to my account. Each time that I enter my information and it cycles through, it goes back to the sign in page. What do I need to do?

I understand you are facing an issue with the Instant Ink account connected to your HP DeskJet Plus 4152 All-In-One Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
Please try opening the Instant Ink account page on a different browser.
Once you are able to login to the Instant Ink account then please follow the below steps to update your billing information:
- Sign in to your Instant Ink account.
- Open Account in the left menu.
- Click BillingChange Payment Method. Make sure postal codes are in the correct format.
