The message on my printer's screen says, 'Ink Cartridge problem' - remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge and ensure it is correctly installed. If this message keeps appearing, replace the ink cartridge.'
However, I am on an instant ink plan and have not got another cartridge to install. I have followed the instructions by resetting the printer with and without the cartridges. I have removed and reinstalled the cartridges many times. Any tips, please? Thank you in advance
