your private instructions do not help, there is no where to report a shipment missing. You can only track it. In fact most of the stuff i see on your site and in your virtual agent chat is all for printers.
So I called and sat on the phone for 20 mins to be told my call had to be transferred, but then the representative could not figure out how to transfer the call and said I should call platinum support so I hung up.
It turns out after digging around your system you still had my old address in your system, I have updated it so please resend my paper or I am just going to cancel the trial. Thanks.
