i'm trying to print a page but all it will print is the blue title and blurred picture

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the printing issue. 

 

Please try these steps - Print Quality Issues

 

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

 

If the issue still persist, try replacing the ink cartridges.
