I have a 100 page instant ink account.

last month i used 16 pages but my account shows 0 roll over pages.

why?

Welcome to HP Support Community. 
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 
Please note that the total number of pages you can have available at the beginning of a Month Period is 3 times the service plan. As your service plan is 100 pages, the maximum unused rollover pages that can be accumulated is 300.
