The ink cartridge doesn't work. The printer just doesn't work.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand you are not able to print. I'd be happy to assist you.

  • Do you get any errors while printing?
  • Do you see any blinking lights on the printer?
  • Which device do you use to print and how is it connected to the printer?

For now, let us try these steps:

 

Let us try to print a printer status report.

Press and hold the Cancel button  for 3 seconds.

 

Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
