I have a HP Officejet 3830. Its brand new never used and it says on the little screen on the printer that the ink cartridge can't be used until it is registered with HP Instant Ink, but HP Instant Ink will not let me register it. A message keeps popping up every single time I try. It states, "Something unexpected happened, were sorry but something went wrong check that you have a stable internet connection and try again. If you continue to have issues, try signing in later." But I have a strong internet connection, its working perfectly fine with everything else. And I've waited until the next day, and it still keeps saying the same thing. I've tried it on multiple phones and my laptop and nothing. What do I do. I can't use my printer at all without being able to register it.
