Hi. I am enrolled in Instant Ink. My printouts lately have not been good, specifically the color has been faded. I ran the "clean printheads' many times with no change. I went through all the steps on the support site to no avail. The last step said I should try a replacement cartridge. How should I go about that? I am assuming the cartridge I received recently is defective. Do I need to pay for a new one? I would hope not.

Hi,
You should not pay of course, you should get a replacement cartridge by contacting HP Support in your country, please follow the 'Contact Support' section below to contact HP and get a replacement cartridge:
