Hi @Robin208,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To resume monthly payments for HP Instant Ink after they were stopped by mistake, you can follow these steps.

Sign In to Your HP Instant Ink Account:

  • Go to the HP Instant Ink website.
  • Log in using the email address and password associated with your HP Instant Ink account.

Navigate to Your Account Settings:

  • Once logged in, go to the account settings or billing section.

Review Payment Information:

  • Check the payment information and billing details. Ensure that your payment method is up-to-date and valid.

Resume Subscription:

  • Look for an option to resume or reactivate your subscription. This option might be under "Manage Plan" or "Subscription Settings."

Confirm and Save Changes:

  • Follow the prompts to confirm your subscription details and save any changes.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
