new cartridge error can't work printer at all!

I had to re-enrol with hp instant uk after cancelling because I kept having £11.99 payments going out all too often.

When I re-enrolled it locked my hp printer stating to wait for installation of new cartridges. I had received 3 full sets of instant HP cartridges I didn't even need so tried them. Tried them AND tried them... all 3 sets were not accepted despite me buying them via my bank account!

SO when I put in the new arrival hp instant cartridges I was already sick of being ripped off having money stolen from HP and having to re-enrol just to get my printer unlocked...I thought.

Immediately, an error message came up on the touchscreen of HP Printer -

"Unexpected Instant Ink Cartridge

f you have another printer that uses HP

Instant Ink cartridges, check to see if this cartridge should be installed in that printer"

Tried for days and days to unlock it, the printer shows no blue led light at all so won't connect to my wifi in order to troubleshoot or fix error!  Sickeningly annoying cos I've now urgent important printing needing doing.

Within HP Smart app obviously the printer does not appear when I try reconnecting it and the printer shows up in my iphone wifi settings as being on it's own wifi direct network and although I've found where the heck that states 'wifi direct 'ON' for the printer, I can not turn this OFF anywhere.

SO HP, as I can not press see nor press anything on the printer touchscreen such as to do a factory reset or put in my wifi password

AND I am unable to discover the printer when attempting to connect it to my wifi router,  HOW is HP supposed to resolve this FAULTY ERROR LOCK???

PLEASE ADVISE URGENTLY
