HP Officejet 4630 e-All-in-One Printer

I have an hp office jet 4630.  I had the instant ink plan but canceled it because I didn't use enough ink to justify paying for it.  I had to get a new ink because they stopped mine even though it was already pd for.  Now I can't print with the new ink.  It says it needs to be replaced.  I just spent $73 for ink and can't use it, or return it.  I have no way of getting ahold of hp to get a new one to replace it.

What exactly is the error message you are seeing?  Have you replaced both the black and color cartridges? The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve the issue.

Please be aware, when you sign up for the Instant Ink program you are NOT purchasing ink, you are purchasing a subscription to a set number of pages per month.  The ink is supplied, but remains the property of HP and must be returned if you cancel the program in accordance with the terms of service.  See sections 5.d and 9.c of the terms of service here.
