I have no black ink. I have more than enough left, I have cleaned it twice. I am unable to do the alignment as well. The print says there are no issues. This ink came with the printer when I bought it. The color works vividly, but the black gives me nothing. Again, it doesn't even appear when I attempt an alignment test. Help before I become a nonexistent costumer.
