no black ink

HP Recommended
HP Envy 7640
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I pay every month for copies made and I am suppose to get ink when I am out.  The software says there is a small amount of black ink, but it does not print with any black ink.  I want the new full cartridge sent to me or I will go off this charging by copy system HP has.

Make sure the printer is connected to the internet for the Instant Ink server to monitor the ink levels on the printer.

 

As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.
