Hi,

I think black cartdridge is empty as i can not print in black any more using black cartridge. But printer shows that there is still enough black ink and no change of black cartridge is necessary. How can I force delivery of black cartridge?

My printer is HP 2600. I've also tried cleaning several times but I dont think that is the issue (never had a problem with dirty printing or something similar before). Clearly run out of black ink and no way to let hp instant guys know that my printer needs a new black cartridge 😞

Thank you for the information. I see that the black ink cartridge still has 22% of ink in it. Not to worry, I have shipped a replacement black ink cartridge with express shipping. It will be delivered in 3-4 business days. You can check the order status and track the shipment from your Instant Ink account.

I see that the black ink cartridge is empty and you are not able to print. 

 

Have you checked your HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.

 

If the suggested information can't be found, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Thanks for the tips/info. I dont see an issue here with the shipment as it was not yet initiated by the printer cause printer says there is still enough of black ink in the cartridge.  But in reality either there is something wrong with the black cartridge or there's simple no ink left. I can't say as I'm no cartridge expert 🙂 When i look at the display of the printer the full/empty status of black ink shows almost empty (like when your gas tank in the car shows it's time to fill it up). But software/webpage of instant ink still thinks there is enough of black ink left so it's not ordering a new one.

Hi, just to report, that I  have received a new black cartrdige and now our printer prints again in black!

I am having the same problem.  All colors print OK except black, which shows about 20 or 25%, but doesn't print according to HP Support utilities.  I am instant ink enrolled.

 

How do I get a new black cartridge shipped to me?  HP Officejet 3830, K7V40A, [Personal Information Removed].  Windows 10.

I am having the same issue. No black ink is printing but HP Smart is saying i have black ink so it won't send me another cartridge. Can you send me one please?

I have an HP OFFICEJET PRO 9015 and when printing in black parts of the page do not print. The supply level is showing that there is ink in the black cartridge so I am not receiving any instant ink. Please send a new black cartridge. Thank you.
