HP Envy 7640
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Our HP Envy 7640 is not printing Cyan.  There is adequate levels of ink, but no blue is appearing.  Diagnostics do not show any issues with the printer.

Is the printer enrolled in the HP Instant Ink program? If yes,
