not enrolled status after restoring subscription

HP Recommended
HP officejet 4650 series

I have just restored my HP insta ink subscription using the same printer it was enrolled before.  Account history shows service has been restored but My Account shows ''not enrolled''. Under printer details is says ''cancelled''. Why is this? Do I need to re-enroll the same printer? I did try to do add another printer but it prompted me to choose a plan, I did not proceed because i'm scared I will be charge twice.

Also, why does my account's been charged immediately after restoring the service? I thought I should be billed at the end of the month.

Thank you for any response.
