I have an HP ENVY 5055 All‑in‑One Printer. I printed some stuff today, not realizing I was low on black ink.  So of course it printed everything and just kept going after it ran out of black ink.  So I pulled up my HP account to check the last time I had received ink, and my ink status said I was good.  I'm obviously not good, because I'm out of black ink. Has this happened to anyone else?  How do I get ink if it says my status is good?
