my printer is working but it’s not printing anything, and there’s black and color ink

The virtual assistant here may help resolve color and/or black not printing on your HP Envy Photo 7155.

 

Are you enrolled in the HP Instant Ink program? 

 

Note:  if you use an external switch to turn off the printer it may leave the cartridges in an uncapped state, allowing them to dry out.  The printer should always be plugged into a live outlet and the printer should only be turned off with its power switch.
