i have tried for two days to install this printer on my phone ,laptop and my husband phone.. It will not do on anything .I am do frustrated with this printer I could throw it..

I tried sitting beside the router and the printer  it but no luck ,the printer is wifi connected ,what can I do ?

 

Because i can not do this cant register my product or get instant ink

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc. ( As we do not have an Officejet 4155 model printer)
  • What happens when you try to install it?
  • Have you installed HP Smart?
  • Try to update your windows once and then try to install the software
  • Windows Update : Select Start  > Settings  > Update & Security  > Windows Update , and then select Check for updates. If updates are available, install them.
