Product: smart tank wireless 455
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have a flashing on/off light.  On the HP utility I have a "open door" error.  I followed all of the procedures from unplugging, disconnecting, turning off/on, restarting, re-installing drivers, opening and closing the doors, waiting, trying again all of the recommended procedures ... the on/off light will not stop flashing and I cannot print.  Help please.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Blinking Lights and 'E' Errors and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
