macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I have returned empty cartridges, last year, but i have never recieved new ones.

Now my black cartridge is not working wel, although the indicator says its almost full.

I should Always have a pair of cartridges, so i never run out of ink.

when can i get a new set of cartridges?
