parpadea el icono de cabezal de impresion negro y no imprime

tengo una impresora hp nk tank 310 y dejo de imprimir y parpadea el icono de cabezal de impresion negro ya lo limpie e hice lo que recomiendan y nada sigue sin imprimir y la luz parpadeando
