Product: hp photosmart c4780 printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please can some one help me .I have a photosmart c4780 printer it requires hp 300 ink cartridges in the uk .which I have but my black inkcartridge the printer says incompatible ?.iv followed the instruction on the hp website and its still saying incompatible what do I do?

Dear Bassettb,

 

If your cartridge is new and is not expired, then I would recommend contacting HP, they may be able to connect to your printer remotely to see if you are eligible for a replacement cartridge. Visit https://www8.hp.com/uk/en/contact-hp/contact.html for information on how to contact HP. If your printer is from a region besides the UK, then by contacting HP, they may be able to change your printer's region code to allow for UK cartridges.
