Good morning,
today I stopped the printer with an error code OXB857C7O5.
when it came back on I had to reconfigure it but when I insert the setup cartridges (they are empty) it doesn't go any further.
do you have any idea?
Thanks so much

Hi @Giupa

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the  "OXB857C7O5." error.

Try the below steps in the document-

Reset the printer

Reset the printer to recover from printer failures.

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.

  2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.

  3. Wait 60 seconds.

  4. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.

    NOTE:

HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

If the error message persists, continue to the next step.

Step 3: Remove the ink cartridges, and reset the printer

Remove the ink cartridges and reset the printer.

  1. Remove the ink cartridges from the printer.

  2. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.

  3. Unplug the power cord from the power source.

  4. Wait at least 60 seconds.

  5. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.

    NOTE:

HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

  6. Turn the printer on.

  7. Reinsert the ink cartridges, and then close the ink cartridge access door.

  8. If you receive a prompt to print a calibration or alignment page, do so

Install the regular cartridges in the printer and try and make a copy.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
