Product: HP Officejet Pro 8625
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When trying to print, I get a message "Please connect printer to HP Connected. When I press OK in the message box, the printer starts I have run the Wireless Network Test Results and it shows that the internet is connected.

HP Connected and Web Services are primarily used in mobile printing / ePrint .

 

For example,

Open website:  HP Connected 

 

Consider:

If you have not done so, consider stopping / starting Web Services.

 

Open category How to > Turning On Web Services  (Includes “Turn off Web Services” help)

 

HP Connected - Website Support Troubleshooting, How-to, Video Tutorials

Examples

Troubleshooting > Cannot Connect to Web Services

How to > Printer Setup, Installation & Updates > Turning On Web Services

 

If the documentation makes it clear that this is not the problem, disregard the advice.
