If you have not done so, consider stopping / starting Web Services.

How to > Printer Setup, Installation & Updates > Turning On Web Services
If the documentation makes it clear that this is not the problem, disregard the advice.
If you are printing from Windows, consider using the Doctor to help isolate and resolve any print issues.
