I had a contract for the ink for printing 50 sheets per month and the money no longer gets taken from my bank
Does the contract only last for a certain length of time

You can try to check your instant ink account https://instantink.hpconnected.com/uk/en/l/ to check if it is suspendes your instant ink service, or if your bank CC lock your CC, just let me know if your printer let you print or make a copy, if show a message "PLEASE CONTACT INSTANT INK OR VISIT INSTANT INK" it can be a problem with your HP INSTANT INK account, the reasons can be next

 

1. credit card expired/changed

2. shipping/billing address you change recently

 

if it is not the reason you can contact instant ink team support to next phone number: 0207.660.6027
