I have an envy 5000 that takes hp 65 ink, why can't I use hp 60? What is the difference?

HP ink and toner cartridges are labeled to help distinguish which cartridges work with selected printers. The ink or toner cartridges are listed according to where the printer was manufactured.

 

Printers compatible with HP 65 are - HP DeskJet 3755 (J9V91A#B1H) ; HP DeskJet 2655 (V1N04A#B1H) ; HP ENVY 5055 (M2U85A#B1H) ; HP DeskJet 3755 (J9V90A#B1H) ; HP DeskJet 3755 (J9V92A#B1H) ; HP DeskJet 2655 (V1N01A#B1H) ; HP AMP 100 (T8X39A#1H5)
