I purchased a new printer so I had to cancel my plan for the old printer to add the new one. However, I still have some ink left on my old printer and when I tried to print it won't allow me to since the account is closed. They are still pulling the monthly payments after the cancellation so I should be able to utilize the ink that I am paying for. Has anyone experienced this problem and how did you solve it? Any assistance is very much appreciated
