Hi @Tubusy,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

When you receive the message "cannot print. visit hpinstantink.com for information" on your HP printer, it usually means that there is an issue with your HP Instant Ink subscription. HP Instant Ink is a subscription-based service that automatically sends ink to your printer when you're running low.

To resolve this issue, you can try the following steps.

  • Check your HP Instant Ink account: Log in to your HP Instant Ink account on hpinstantink.com and check the status of your subscription. Make sure that your payment information is up-to-date and that you have enough ink in your account.
  • Restart your printer: Turn off your printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for at least 30 seconds before plugging it back in and turning it on again.
  • Check for firmware updates: Make sure your printer's firmware is up to date. You can check for updates on the HP website.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
