Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

  • What model printer are you using?
  • Are you using HP genuine ink cartridges?

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.

 

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this could be a hardware issue as you have already used 3 new ink cartridges.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
