macOS 10.15 Catalina

kept getting following message for instant ink cartridge - remove and reinstall black cartridge.  Happened several times and had new cartridges sent several times.  Finally, both cartridges stopped working and froze the printer.  i cancelled the instant ink plan and bought new cartridges.  Installed them but the printer is still frozen.  The printer turns on but wont boot up.

I have gone through your Posts and I would like to help

 

I appreciate all your efforts and expertise in troubleshooting this issue

 

At this point I suggest we perform a Semi Full Reset and let me know if that works

 

Since these steps are specific to your printer, I have sent you a private message with the instructions

 

Please check your private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile.

 

Next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope
