HP Recommended
HP7100

printer says the cartridge is not installed correctly. This same thing happened 3 weeks ago and a live chat was able to walk me through it. Having same issues.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

  • Which ink cartridge is indicated in the error?
  • Make sure you are using HP Instant Ink cartridges in the printer to print.
  • Also, check if the printer is connected to the internet.

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.
