photosmart plus b209a-m

hello, yesterday I tried to print a document and the first part was printed perfect but the other part was blurry because the ink was low. so I remove the cartage ink and I shaked for see if I can print again.

when I tried to close the door of the printer was stocked with a cable and something sound rare.

I open the door again and closed. after that this message was showing in my screen:my printer show a message the printhead installed is not intended for use in this printer, or is damaged. refer to printer documentation

I tried to reset the printer removed the cable and pushing my on button and the message still apearing.

I'm not sure if the problem can be resolved or not.

thank you so much for our help.

best regards
