Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hey, my product HP ENVY Photo photo 6220, is not printing the blue color.

after cleanning several times the cartridge, changing the cartridge , 

it still not printing any more the blue color.

Since I've bought this product  I always put real HP cartridge in .

can you help me please.
