Lors de l'allumage, est inscrit le message suivant "ERROR CODE 0X83C0002B". Elle le faisait de temps en temps. Mais elle le fait systématiquement depuis 2 jours et impossible de s'en servir pour imprimer et/ou scanner.
Que peut-on faire?
