problème de connexion de mon imprimante à instant ink

bonjour

Je me suis inscrite à instant ink depuis qq semaines et je rencontre des problèmes depuis

J'ai eu un problème de cartouche qui n'imprimait pas, ils m'ont envoyé des nouvelles cartouches mais depuis impossible de connecter mon imprimante à instant ink;

J'ai tout essayé, j'ai rappeler le service, j'ai reçu deux fois deux nouvelles cartouches, j'ai tout essayé et rien ne marche

je n'arrive plus à imprimer car mon imprimante n'est pas reconnu par instant ink

aujourd'hui j'ai reçu deux nouvelles cartouches, je les aies intallés j'ai imprimer 10 pages et puis j'ai encore le message suivant "cette cartouche necessite l'inscription de l'imprimante à Hp instant ink"

qq un pourrait m'aider ?????
