This "help/Support" site is a joke. I spent 3 hours trying to talk to someone about this issue...they must not have any customer service reps. I had the same "error" on my printer. It appears that you have to sign up for instant ink and provide them a credit card to purchase ink from them. I almost did that, however this issue will not allow you to print the claim code that they ask for. Lucky for me that it didn't. I replaced the ink cartridges and the printer is working fine.
Replace your cartridges to fix this issue or update your credit card information.
