product code/ access key?

2020 HP 17.3 laptop/computer
Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

My computer did not come with an access code/access key and I can't do anything without one. can someone please tell me what I need to do. the only thing I've seen that I can do is buy one but I cant afford that and shouldn't have to. My computer was supposed to have one when it came. I also didn't receive a software disc

In that case, I would suggest you contact our phone support. They will help you.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.
 

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
