I have purchased a printer which will not work because I can't add my insta ink to the subscription - I bout normal cartridges but they aren't working either as it says there is an account issue

It looks like you are facing an issue with your HP DeskJet 4222e printer due to it being enrolled in someone else's HP Instant Ink account. Here are the steps you can follow to resolve this issue:
Reset Printer: Try doing a factory reset on your printer to clear previous settings. Here’s how to do it:
- Turn off the printer and unplug any cables.
- Wait for about a minute before plugging the printer back in.
- Turn the printer on.
- Follow the setup instructions as if you were setting up the printer for the first time. You may need to reconfigure wireless settings and connect to your HP account again.
Sign Up for Instant Ink: If you were trying to subscribe to HP Instant Ink, make sure you are signing up correctly. Go to HP Instant Ink Website and follow the instructions to enroll your printer.
Check for Firmware Updates: Ensure that your printer’s firmware is up to date. Sometimes, firmware updates can resolve issues related to printer subscriptions and connectivity.
