I am really confused:

This is my account status, my account is new, I signed in after I bought a printer which with 6 months instant ink plan. It said "Hp instant ink cartridge installed" upper and "Non hp instant ink cartridge installed" lower. 

 

So...what does it mean? Do I only have the Instant ink plan with black cartridge?
